Sweat It Out

Hello everyone!  I'm back!  I survived my friend's birthday celebration in Vegas.  It was a fun-filled trip with more eating than I had any business doing.  Needless to say, as soon as I got back home I jumped back into running and working out hard to burn off all those calories I consumed.

Instead of boring you with a long blog post on all that I've been up to, here's a quick photo update:

My next race of the year is coming up at the end of the month and I am so not ready.  But I'm ok with that.  I'm going to go into it as a fun run and will just listen to my body and see how I feel.  Mostly I'm excited to meet new running friends and reunite with fellow runaholics.  It's going to be one heck of a running party!  Until then, I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing and focus on just running happy.
